1. Digital product
Everything sold on this site is digital. There is no physical shipment, no shipping cost, no customs and no courier lead time.
2. What you receive
Credits added to your account immediately after payment confirmation. Generating headshots consumes no credits: each generation delivers four blurred, locked previews. Each credit unlocks one of them, which becomes sharp, high resolution, downloadable and cleared for commercial use.
3. When
Credits are added within seconds of Stripe confirming the payment. Each generation usually takes about thirty seconds and returns four locked images. Unlocking is instant.
4. How you access it
From the studio, in your browser. Locked images are shown blurred and with a padlock; once unlocked they appear sharp and can be downloaded, separately or all at once. They stay available in your account for you to download again.
5. Format
Images are delivered in WebP format, ready for professional profiles, CVs and web pages, at a resolution suitable for screen use and small size printing.
6. If generation fails
If the system cannot produce the images nothing is consumed, because generating is free. If an already charged unlock fails, the credit returns to your balance automatically.
7. On another device
Credits are linked to the browser and to the purchase email. If you switch devices, the studio has an option to receive a recovery link at the email used for the purchase.
8. Technical requirements
An up to date browser and an internet connection are enough. The source photo must be in JPG, PNG or WebP format and no larger than ten megabytes.
9. Geographic availability
The service is available internationally, except in countries subject to sanctions or export restrictions applicable to the operator or its providers.
